Call Centres

Acoustic treatment of call centres is necessary so that employees can undertake phone conversations easily. Background noise reduces the clarity of the phone call for both participants.  In call centres it is generally necessary to treat the ceiling and either the walls or typically the immediate surfaces around the workstation (in a booth configuration).

On the ceiling the MP700/40 is recommended, covering at least 40%. Within a booth the SA600/75 broadband panel is recommended as it can deal with the lower frequencies of the voice. On walls an aesthetically pleasing panel such as the Lundor architectural panels combine great looks with excellent performance.
