Podcast studios require acoustic treatment in order to reduce room reverberation. Recordings with too much echo sound unprofessional in a world where podcast production values are improving all the time. The walls don’t need to be completely covered in acoustic treatment, generally around 30/40% is sufficient. It is important to treat at least two walls adjacent to the microphone, as well additionally some panels on the ceiling is a good idea as well.
For walls an economical panel such as the AT600/40 works well, combined with the MP700/40 panel on the ceiling. For applications where the panels may form a background for video creation, the Lundor panel is a good choice.
Also, all of our panels feature the “Staple T”channel which allows quick and easy installation with a staple gun. A simple but very handy innovation, and in many cases a great alternative to adhesive. HA600-75 Information / Installation video
