Developed by SoundAcoustics, The LF65 features a unique natural timber or perspex insert which provides enhanced absorption between 65Hz and 120 Hz.  Mid grey suede like finish.

Research and Development

From our research and development of the HA600/75 hybrid panel, we thought perhaps a similar approach could be applied to a corner bass trap. Acoustic testing revealed that by incorporating a reflective insert of the correct size and mass the low frequency absorption of a corner bass trap can be significantly improved.  The insert doubles the absorption between 65hz and 120hz, far outperforming a conventional corner bass trap. And of course we couldn’t resist the BEAR acronym – makes it a BEAR trap!

Colours

The LF65 is flock colour coated mid grey as standard. Flock coating is a “suede like” fibre finished that is colour fast and has a very long life. Typical acoustic foam products are not flock coated and prone to deteriorate over time. For orders of 8 or more bass traps it is also possible to choose from a range of colours:  Royal Burgundy  Navy Blue   Midnight Black  Charcoal Grey
